– Familiar with the process of how does a jurist (Faqih) interprets the Qur’an and Sunnah and extracts a ruling. – What is Jurisprudence?
– Who is a Jurist (Faqih)?
– Familiarity with the rules, conditions of the obligations, classification of the rules.
– Independent reasoning and following a religious leader (Taqleed).
– Rules of cleanness (Taharah) and uncleanness (Nijasah) in Islam
– Wudhu [ablution] (rules and conditions)
– Ghusl [bathing] (kinds of bathing, conditions and manners of performing bathing)
– Tayammum [dry ablution] (rules and conditions)
